Located in New York City’s Eveyln Hotel, Chef Jonathan Benno’s two restaurant concepts opened with a robust program of house beverages including cider. “EVE,” serves a reference not only to the biblical main ingredient but also honors Evelyn Nesbit, the country’s first ‘it girl’ for whom the hotel is named. It was with this connection in mind that Agentsie sourced a series of etherial paintings of Evelyn Nesbit by Chicago artist Sara Renae Holloway and licensed them for use across the line of house cider, beer and wine.
